Which football clubs are named after political leaders?

“French medieval hero and Saint Joan of Arc is memorialised in the name of ASC Jeanne d’Arc, from Senegal,” he writes. “Spartacus was a legendary gladiator and slave turned rebel who was born in what is now Bulgaria and was an important character in the history of the Roman Republic. Yet, a host of clubs outside Italy and Bulgaria share his name, Spartak.
